We will be hosting a Chef Prepared Five Course Brewer's Dinner at Kelly's with Fremont Brewing. This is a limited Seating, Ticketed event. Be sure to get your tickets now. Chef Chad Bergman will be preparing the following menu:

Smoked Salmon Mousse/Centennial Fresh Hop Pale
Fried Capers, Micro Green Salad, Orange Zest

Charcuterie Plate/Helles Lager
Dry Coppa, Roquefort Blue Cheese, Pickled Veggies, Crostini

Shrimp and Grits/Lush IPA
Cajun Spiced Shrimp, Pimento Cheese Grits, Bacon Lardons, Braised Greens

Grilled Flank Steak/Amarillo Fresh Hop Pale
Smoked Tomato Chutney, Beef Fat Fried Shallots, Rosemary Fingerlings

Dessert/Dark Star or B-Bomb
Dark Star Imperial Stout Ganache, Toasted Marshmallow Meringue, Brownie Crumbles
