Brewer's Dinner featuring Dru Bru Brewery

We are thrilled to partner with an amazing local brewery, Dru Bru 
Enjoy a 5 Course Dinner prepared by Chef Chad Bergman, paired with 5 different seasonal beers from Dru Bru. This is your opportunity to go beyond our everyday menu and experience the magic that is our Chef's Passion!
The way these dinners work:
You purchase your tickets in advance. 
There is only one menu and one seating time at 6pm.
The night of the dinner you arrive (preferably 5-10min early as we will all be starting together at the same time). You will be seated at tables with other guests, which adds a community element to the dinner. (We always have a lot of fun!) 
We'll give an introduction to the menu, our Chef, and the Brew Master. As each course is served we will talk about the food and the beer it is paired with. You'll have an opportunity to hear stories from the Brew Master, ask questions about Dru Bru and/or Kelly's Mercantile, and experience great food and beer with family and friends!
We look forward to this event and can't wait to experience it with you. There are a limited amount of seats, so be sure to get your tickets asap. Menu is as follows:
First Course: Kolsch ~ Cabbage Rolls
Pork and Beef in steamed cabbage

Sound Course: Hop Sessions IPA ~ Schnitzel
Pork Cutlet, Spetzel, Beer cheese sauce

Third Course: Altbier ~ Currywurst
German sausage and sauerkraut with curry ketchup

Fourth Course: IPA ~ Rouladen
German pickles, bacon, mustard, wrapped in thinly beef

Fifth Course: Schwartz Bier ~ Black Forest Gateau
chocolate sponge cake, rich cherry filling
