Valentine's Day Four Course Chef-Prepared Dinner and Optional Wine Pairing

What better way to celebrate your loved one than our annual Valentine's Four Course Dinner? Chef Jacob Mankowski has prepared a lovely menu and Sommelier Avery Genge has paired each course perfectly with a wine selection. Menu is as follows:

Starter: Smoked Salmon and Crepe Mille Feuille with Whipped Boursin and Frieze - Paired with Veuve Devienne Brut

Soup: Wild Mushroom Bisque finished with Truffle Oil and Toasted Pine Nuts - Paired with Perrin Family CDR Blanc

Entree: Choose One - Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Garlic Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and Rosemary Demi-Glace
Pan Seared Salmon with Roasted Rainbow Fingerlings, Wilted Baby Spinach and Lemon Beurre Blanc - Paired with Coelho Estate Pinot Noir

Dessert: Miniature Dessert Trio. Raspberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Fudge Brownie Bite, Meyer Lemon Tart - Paired with Park Pineau de Charentes
