Kelly's is a Pacific Northwest Fine Dining Restaurant, focusing on Local and in-Season ingredients. Located at the base of the Cascade Foothills we are extremely fortunate to gather ingredients from our own backyard. We provide our guests with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.
She graduated from the Seattle Culinary Academy in 2006 and moved to Paris shortly after to really submerge herself in the world of pastry. Upon her return, she co-founded “Baked. Custom Cakes” located in West Seattle. Her bakery quickly rose to the top of the wedding industry, being featured in numerous trendy blogs, Seattle Bride Magazine, Martha Stewart, and eventually competed on (and won!) the Food Network's popular show, Cake Wars. She believes in baking from scratch using seasonal, local ingredients wherever possible.
